Shipping & Cancellation

Our products are shipped from our warehouse in Jaipur, Rajasthan, and we provide door delivery for your convenience.

Once an order is confirmed, we do not accept cancellations. Therefore, we kindly request you to carefully review all the details before placing your order. For Domestic orders:

Delivery Time: 

  • Processing an order takes 2-3 working days and delivery takes 3 to 7 working days across Nation.

Delivery Charges:

  • We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders across India for Zone In-Reach only.

  

For International Orders:

Delivery Time:

  • Processing an international order takes 2-3 working days and delivery takes 9 to 15 days.
  • Our logistic partner will deliver your order in the expected timeline but in the event of any delays like Covid-19 Pandemic restrictions, please note that these are caused by events beyond our control. You can still track your order and get in touch with us at support@cottoncurio.com

 

Delivery charges:

  • Shipping Charges are additional. 
  • Shipping Charges are calculated and displayed at the point of checkout. 
  • Applicable Duties and taxes for international orders are not included as part of the product or shipping charges. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping/logistics agency at the time of your order delivery.
  • Duty, as mandated by your country of shipment, will have to be borne by you. In case of non-payment of duties and taxes to receive the shipment, Cotton Curio will not entertain a request for a Return or Refund.

(NOTE - The term Working Days does not include National holidays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays)

 

TRACKING ORDERS:

  • You may track your package at any given point in time. 
  • As soon as your order is dispatched the tracking information of your order will be sent to your registered email.
  • In the unlikely event that you do not receive an email after 4 days of placing an order please contact us at support@cottoncurio.com

 

OUT OF REACH:

We use a third-party logistics service for shipping our orders, they provide services across almost all Zip Codes nationwide. Unfortunately, there are some areas which are ODZ (Out of Delivery Zone), in such instances, we will inform you within 3-4 working days. You will have the option to cancel the order and get a refund or give us an alternative address which is not in an Out of Reach Zone.

 

DELAYS IN SHIPPING:

Delays in shipping may occur for various reasons like Covid-19 Pandemic restrictions. In that case, we will try to reach you via provided contact details and you can also email us at support@cottoncurio.com. You will be able to track your order and estimated delivery date.

 

CANCELLATION OF ORDER DUE TO NON-DELIVERY:

  • Our delivery partner will attempt to deliver the order 3 times at the delivery address. However, if the package is not deliverable due to reasons not attributable to us, the package will be returned to the Cotton Curio Head Office Warehouse in Jaipur, Rajasthan. 
  • On receiving the package, we will attempt to contact you via phone and email provided. However, if we cannot get in touch with you we shall consider the order as Terminated and refund the amount within 30 days of the Termination of the order.
